Former K-9 officer sues Montevallo for overtime in caring and training dog
Johnathan Lovelady, who resigned Sept. 18 from his job with the Montevallo Police Department, filed a federal lawsuit today seeking overtime pay for the time he spent caring for and training the K-9 drug sniffing dog assigned to him.
